Wizards of the Coast Portfolio

Nailmus: Nailmus is copyright Shineria of deviantart. I was trying to find a quick method of digital painting that was easy for me to use.

Gail Reference Sheet: This is Gail. He is very heavily influenced by the Monster Manual.

Demonene: I was commissioned to draw this character. He is copyrighted to Fox Castillo. He is a very large robot.

Mermaid Sushi: This piece was done for a class assignment with the specifications "fantasy/sci-fi" Needless to say it was one of my favorite assignments we got that semester. Here I was trying to get a very normal feel from fantastical creatures. They're mermaids but they're also just friends having a fun night out.

Omni Pirate: I was on a steampunk kick and decided it would be cool to modify some of my friend's characters into airship pirates for a couple of pictures. This one was done in ink and digital "water color". Omni is copyright to Fox Castillo.

Over Look: Here we have a species of aliens I've been working on for a while. I had realized I didn't have any good pictures of them in an evironment. This was an exercise in contrast and atmosphere.

Jasper: I very much enjoy drawing other people's designs and seeing what I can do with them. Jasper is a lovable but creepy boogieman and is copyright GrimAmentia of Deviantart.

Beast: An odd combitation of a loosejaw fish and a pterodactyl, I like to say that this is just a little one and once they get bigger they eat a steady diet of bishonen.

Ameria: This is just another simple portrait. I was playing the style and using a limited palette. The dragon belongs to BladeEdgeRave of deviantart.

Amsk Battle: I wanted to play with blurring the portrayal of good and evil here. The purple dragon is oppressive and threatening while the white dragon is a tattered, blank, feral, zombie-like thing. The goal was to make it unclear which one you should be rooting for. These particular dragons are copyrighted to Tara Young, who was running the contest.
